This application allows you to estimate the distance between yourself and either lightning or fireworks.
When you see the flash from either a lightning bolt or a fireworks burst, tap "light". When you hear the sound of the event, either a thunderclap or a fireworks burst, tap "sound".
The application uses the time interval between the light and sound events to calculate the distance of the lightning bolt or fireworks using the speed of sound, adjusted for local atmospheric conditions.
